"The Gen-Z Study," powered by Genuinely Conscious, is a groundbreaking one-year research initiative that aims to uncover the real wants, needs, and desires of Gen-Z when it comes to fashion. We launched in June 2022 and have been diligently exploring the intricate relationship between values VS affordability within Gen-Z's fashion choices.
Gen-Z is a diverse cohort consisting of distinct consumer segments. In our digital era, social media platforms hold tremendous sway, moulding the choices and behaviours of our generation. While social media can drive Gen-Z to embrace fast fashion trends, resulting in the disposability of outfits after a single use, it also possesses the power to ignite our passion for advocating sustainable and ethical alternatives to fast fashion.
The Gen-Z Study aims to delve into the heart of this complex relationship, unravelling the underlying motivations that drive Gen-Z's fashion choices. By examining our preferences, aspirations, and concerns, we can gain valuable insights into how our generation envisions the future of fashion.
